Rudie Nudie Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering

Wholesale orders can be placed by emailing hello@rudienudie.com.au.
Please include the number of each design/product that you would like to order.
Once received, we’ll issue an invoice including shipping costs for your approval and payment.

2. Minimum Order Value

The minimum wholesale order value is $350 AUD.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment & Shipping

Orders are dispatched once full payment has been received.
Payment details will be listed on the invoice.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination.
Stock remains the property of Rudie Nudie Pty Ltd until payment has been made in full.

4. Stockist Eligibility

Rudie Nudie partners exclusively with bricks-and-mortar retail stores.
Online sales are permitted only in conjunction with a physical retail presence.
Selling on Amazon, eBay, or any third-party seller websites is strictly prohibited.
Retailers must also seek written permission before selling Rudie Nudie products outside of their approved physical location.

5. Product Images & Promotion

Approved stockists may use Rudie Nudie’s official product images and descriptions for online listings or social media promotion.
Images and branding must not be altered, edited, or modified without prior written consent.

6. Returns & Damages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for faulty goods and must be pre-approved.

7. Product Care & Warranty

Please store products in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
Rudie Nudie products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alteration.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, artwork, and branding remain the property of Rudie Nudie Designs Pty Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order through Rudie Nudie Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
