We ship worldwide - please see pricing and details below. All orders are shipped from Melbourne. Due to larger volumes, we aim to despatch orders within 48 hrs [for orders placed on a weekday].

All international orders are experiencing delays of up to one week to all international destinations due to ongoing limited air capacity. Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.

Domestic Orders

Domestic Delivery Estimator 2024*

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia and the following options will show up at checkout:

Free Shipping over $120 within Australia* [Australia Post Standard Shipping]

Australia Post Standard $9.95 - Please allow 2 to 15 business days** for standard deliveries.

Australia Post Express $14.95 - Please allow 1 to 6 business days** for express deliveries.

• Rudie Nudie is not responsible for stolen or lost parcels once parcels have been delivered to the address provided.
• Rudie Nudie is not responsible for parcels that have been left uncollected at a post office. If the uncollected parcel is returned to Rudie Nudie, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend the parcel to you. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the progress of their parcel via the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
• Australia Post is currently leaving parcels in a safe place due to COVID-19. If there isn't a safe place, Australia Post will leave your parcel at a nearby post office.

**While Rudie Nudie will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by our carrier which is out of our reasonable control. We will also not be responsible for any delay, loss or returned parcels caused by an incorrect delivery address provided, or issues relating to delivery access.

Once we have shipped your order, any changes to the order will incur additional shipping charges to have this delivered. Any time a shipment is returned to us, we incur additional charges from our carriers.

International Orders

All international orders are experiencing delays of up to one week to all international destinations, due to ongoing limited air capacity.

Below are our current shipping rates in AUD$. Our website charges in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate of your local currency applied by the credit or debit card company. Your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide.

All international orders are sent with Australia Post Express and exclude customs and tax charges.

We also recommend checking the Aramex Shop and Ship service, as they can be more competitive with pricing than our website. You simply place an order on our website, but use the local Australian address that Aramex provides, and they arrange delivery to your door.

 

Customs Duties / Importing Taxes

Please be aware that your parcel may incur customs duties and/or importing taxes upon arrival into your country. Please know that these charges are out of our control and we will not reimburse any of these GST, charges, duties or fees. Please check with your local authorities to confirm what customs duties and fees you are likely to incur before purchasing to avoid any surprises.

Once we have shipped your order, any changes to the order will incur additional shipping charges to have this delivered. Any time a shipment is returned to us, we incur additional charges from our carriers.

How soon are orders despatched?

All orders are despatched within 2 business days.

Can address changes be made to my order?

Not always but we will try.

Our warehouse is amazingly quick, and sometimes they have your orders packed and out the door before we blink! The downside to this is that once you place your order, it can be hard to make any changes once it's shipped. Please email hello@rudienudie.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Please ensure that your address details are correct when making your order. If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address and the parcel is returned to us, an additional postage fee will apply to re-send your parcel.
