Shipping Policy
Fast shipping from our Utah warehouse, with tracking on every order.

United States
- Free Standard Shipping on every order, 3–5 business days with tracking.

Canada
- Standard DDP - duties included 4–7 business days.
- All Canadian duties, GST/HST, and customs brokerage are included in the shipping rate above. There is no bill on delivery.

Middle East
- Standard shipping via DHL International Standard, 5–8 business days with tracking.
- Ships from our Utah warehouse to: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, and Egypt.
- Any applicable import duties and taxes are not included in shipping price.

Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing: Orders placed before 12pm MDT (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same business day.
- You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Order Changes & Address Updates
Once an order has been released to carrier, address changes may not be possible but we will do our best. Email hello@rudienudie.com.au immediately if you need to change an order before it ships.

International Shipping
This store ships to the US, Canada, and select Middle East countries. For other destinations, visit our Australian store at rudienudiedesigns.com.

Delivery & Package Responsibility
Once your package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Rudie Nudie is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Packages left at incorrect addresses due to customer error
- Delays caused by carrier issues beyond our control
- Access issues at delivery location
