We want you to absolutely love your Rudie Nudie playmat or picnic blanket. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return. After 30 days we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@rudienudie.com.au with your order number and let us know the reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service so your return is covered while in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days at hello@rudienudie.com.au with photos before sending anything back - we'll arrange a refund or replacement and cover any necessary return shipping in that case.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt and approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Want to swap your design or size for a different one within 30 days? Email us at hello@rudienudie.com.au to start an exchange. Return shipping for the original item is at your cost and we'll invoice you for outbound shipping on the replacement.
Sale items
Items purchased during a site-wide promotional sale remain refundable under the same 30-day policy. Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such) cannot be refunded.

If you ordered from our Australian storefront (rudienudiedesigns.com), please refer to that store's refund policy for your return instructions and the Australian return address.
