We want you to absolutely love your Rudie Nudie playmat! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
Return Window 
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions 
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unused & Unwashed: Product must be in original, unused condition
Original Packaging: Item should be in its original packaging when possible
No Damage: Product must not be damaged, stained, or altered
Please note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, used extensively, or show signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return 
Step 1: Email us at hello@rudienudie.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order
Include in your email:

Reason for return

Photos of the product (if damaged or defective) 
Step 2: We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address
Step 3: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method (we recommend USPS or UPS)
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days

Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size or design?

Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
We inspect all products before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:

We'll resolve it by:

Sending a replacement at no cost, OR

Important: Please report damaged/defective items within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or household members 
- 
Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number 
-

Note: Rudie Nudie is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier if a package is confirmed lost or stolen.
Order Cancellations 
Before Shipping: If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Email hello@rudienudie.com.au immediately with your order number.
After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.
International Orders 
This returns policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Canada only.
