Rudie Nudie Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from two warehouses. Orders for Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand, Asia and the rest of the world ship from Melbourne with Australia Post. Orders for the United States and Canada ship from our Utah warehouse via rudienudie.com.

We attempt to despatch every order the same business day for orders placed before midday Monday to Friday, or the next business day.

Australia

Free shipping on orders over $170 (Australia Post Standard). Below that: Australia Post Standard $9.95, please allow 2 to 15 business days; Australia Post Express $14.95, please allow 1 to 6 business days. Check Australia Post's delivery estimator and service updates for current transit times.

United Kingdom

Prices on our UK store are shown in pounds and include UK VAT and any import duty. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. Shipping is Australia Post International, tracked, 6 to 15 business days from despatch.

United States and Canada

Customs duties and import taxes

For the United Kingdom and Europe, duties and VAT are included in the price you pay at checkout and we settle them before your parcel arrives.

For all other international destinations, your parcel may attract customs duties, GST or VAT on arrival. These are set by your local authorities, are payable by you, and are not something we can reimburse. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Delivery responsibility

  • Rudie Nudie is not responsible for parcels stolen or lost after delivery to the address provided, or for parcels left uncollected at a post office. If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, an additional shipping fee applies to resend it. Please follow your parcel with the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  • We will do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but we are not liable for loss or damage caused by carrier delays outside our reasonable control, or for delays, loss or returns caused by an incorrect delivery address or delivery access issues.
  • Once an order has shipped, any change of address incurs the cost of re-delivery.

Shipping FAQs

How soon are orders despatched?
Within 2 business days, and usually the same day for orders placed before midday Monday to Friday. If your order is urgent, email hello@rudienudie.com.au and we will do our best.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Not always, but we will try. Our warehouse is quick, so once an order has shipped it is hard to change. Email hello@rudienudie.com.au as soon as possible. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a re-send postage fee applies.

How much do the playmats and picnic rugs weigh?
Regular 0.5 kg, Large 0.9 kg, Picnic Rug 1.9 kg. Shipping is calculated on the total weight of your order.

What are your items packaged with?
Our products and cardboard packaging are 100% plastic free. Orders ship in Hero compostable mailers.
