Returns Policy

We inspect every item before it leaves the warehouse. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@rudienudie.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it, refund it or credit you, whichever suits you best. You will not be asked to pay to return a faulty item.

Change of mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Email hello@rudienudie.com.au to start a return and we will confirm the right return address for your country. Return postage is at your cost and original shipping is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.

United Kingdom and European Union customers

In addition to the 30-day policy above, you have a legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive it. That period runs over weekends and public holidays. You can also cancel at any time before your order is despatched for a full refund. To cancel, email hello@rudienudie.com.au with your order number; you do not need to give a reason. Return the item to us within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the price you paid, including the duties and VAT that were included in it and the original standard shipping charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you showing us proof of return postage). Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Happy to swap for a different design within the 30-day window. Email us and we will arrange it. For UK and EU customers it is usually quicker to return for a refund and place a new order, as replacements ship from Australia.

Sale items

Items bought in a site-wide sale can be returned under the same 30-day policy. Final-sale or clearance items, clearly marked as such, cannot be refunded for change of mind. This does not affect your legal rights in the UK and EU.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you and process the refund to your original payment method. Card refunds can take a few business days to appear; if it has been longer than 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.
